We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The room was super clean and looked brand new, providing enhanced comfort. We loved the sitting area and terrace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area with stylish garden furniture, adding to the overall charm of this place.
This place is a hidden gem and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning to ski or hike in the region.

We decided to stay in this hotel for our family ski trip and it turned out to be a great choice. the staff is really helpful and the rooms are super clean. the hotel is located in a great area with easy access to ski slopes and hiking trails. Our room looked brand new and the facilities were excellent. We even had a beautiful view from our window.
That some signs about extra charges were a bit confusing.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay: The staff were very accommodating and the room was spotless. The value for money was exceptional, considering the great location for skiing and hiking in the area. I also appreciated the complimentary amenities available during my stay.
Worst aspects of my Christmas stay: The signs about extra charges were a bit confusing and could have been clearer. However, in the end, I didn't end up having to pay for them which was a relief.

The hotel offered superb service. the helpful staff constantly went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. the rooms and facilities were immaculately clean, with modern amenities and fresh decor. the added advantage was the exceptional value for money, especially considering the key location for skiing and hiking in the area.
On arrival, we were a bit confused by the extra charges signs in the lobby, which included the price of breakfast and a fee for using bathrobes.
